Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade & General Trade - FMCG (7-15 yrs)
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Sales or Marketing from Tier II B-School
- Should have 7-8 years of hands-on Sales experience
At least 4 years of General Trade experience
At least 2 years of experience in Modern Trade
- At least 2 years of experience of managing teams is compulsory
- Food FMCG companies
iD Fresh, HUL, Britannia, Nestle, Mother Dairy, Amul, Dabur, Marico, Cadburys, Coca Cola, Pepsi or similar
Could be Sales Officer in the current company
- Good Computer & reporting skills
- Should be smart, young, energetic & open to work in a dynamic environment like a start-up
- Person should be able to read, write and speak English & Hindi
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Build & manage the General Trade business for Fingerlix brand
Mapping outlets, designing routes, Opening new outlets
Evaluating between ready-stock & order-taking models
Managing relationships with key retail outlets
Managing a team of Sales Officers in General Trade
- Manage the Modern Trade business for Fingerlix brand (Currently 60 outlets which will move to 100)
- Grow the overall business basis company targets on a week-to-week basis
- Implement systems and processes enabling growth of the start up
- Manage the day-to-day complexities related to fresh food
- Lead a team of Sales Officers (MT & GT), Promoters & Distribution Officers
Other Details:
- Starting Date - As soon as possible
- Location - Mumbai (Office is in Saki Vihar, Andheri East)
- Employee will be on Maverix Platform Pvt Ltd (Company) payroll
