Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade
- Drive Distribution through FMCG process strategically
- Market and Distributor Management
- Forecasting and data analysis

Principal Accountabilities:
- Driving the strategic motto of the company in the assigned geography
- Driving Distribution in the market
- Infrastructure Development i.e. responsible for right distributor appointment at right places
- To develop profitable business and grow existing base by coaching and driving the team
- Objective setting for the team keeping the growth opportunity, market realities and caliber of the Team
- Analyze competition data, updating of market tracker for the territory
- Evaluate sales scheme's proposals that come from the field (and internally) and advise of appropriateness.
- Any other additional duties as required by RSM/ RBM
- Planning and coordinating Targets along with the team and achieving it
- Coordination with CFAs and supply chain.
- To review regularly and monitor daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate improvements
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. 6+ years of experience in Modern Trade Sales in FMCG Industry
2. Competition pricing and other strategic changes
3. Extensive travel
4. Handling Change Management
5. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skill, and developing customer
