Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
We are looking AREA SALES MANAGER -MT for a fast growing company into biscuits for mumbai.
Candidate must be from fmcg sales and having strong background in modern trade.
Roles and responsibilities :
- He should be able to launch new categories in all MT, ensure all trade and merchandising activities, etc
- Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains;
- Plan and control promotion programs, activities, and Costs. Especially cooperated activities in big Event with Customer.
- Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target
- Make a relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer.
- Forming and Plan for Structure of Team.
- Lead and make motivation Team.
- Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
