Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
- As a Modern Trade Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and increase market share within the modern trade channel.
1. Business Development :
a. Identify and target potential modern trade partners to expand distribution and increase market penetration for green tea products.
2. Relationship Management :
a. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within modern trade accounts.
b. Collaborate with modern trade partners to develop joint business plans, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation :
a. Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share growth by implementing effective trade marketing strategies and promotional programs.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration :
a. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure timely product availability, optimal inventory levels, and effective brand positioning
b. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive activities to guide product development and marketing strategies.
