Roles & Responsibilities
The company is looking for a highly experienced and driven Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead and manage all B2B sales related activities for Bangalore.
The ideal person for this role will be who has an excellent understanding and experience of handling sales channels for FMCG companies and ensure that the sales targets are met and timely sales MIS reports are presented to the senior management.
Sales
1. Lead a sales force, define field action plans, territory plan, setting and communicating field objectives and tracking results to achieve financial and strategic KRA's of a team
2. Generate the revenue by Identifying, Analyzing and Acquiring Corporate-Key Accounts across the area / territory..
3. Engage in market mapping, corporate requirement Analysis, Cost - benefit analysis, Feasibility/profitability Analysis, Proposal design and Negotiating on Commercials toward Closure of Account.
4. Generate revenue and profitability reports, estimates the expected growth Structure with sales trend analysis of the division
5. Engage in New Business Initiatives, Generate New Product Development Ideas, Introducing New range of products to client, Monitoring Competition and Market Trends to cater the customer needs and demands
