Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
One of the leading FMCG is looking for Channel Manager-Modern Trade
This Position will be based in Mumbai. This candidate will be responsible for trade marketing function for Modern trade .
The candidate will reports to Sales Head/Trade marketing head.
We are looking for only 2011-2012 batch pass-outs from tier 1 institutes.
Job description :
- The Candidate will Set, monitor and deliver key business and S&D objectives at period, quarter and Annual levels
- He/she will develop the markets by using a judicious mix of tools available to drive Physical and Mental availability.
- He/she will be responsible for deployment & Execution of period, quarterly and Annual business Plans
- He/she will be doing deployment and execution of all promotions and BTL activations planned by the National Key account team.
- The MT ASM will handle the regional Chains that may exist in his region and conduct Key Account management function for those set of chains
- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programs as designed by the company
