- 10-12 years of the overall experience.
- Exposure of working with leadership team
- Go getter attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good verbal and written communication in Hindi/English.
- Data Analytics-MS Excel is must to have a skill

Requirements :
Market Planning : Plan the market size, coverage, and geographical distribution for Field Sales Executives (FSE). Determine the optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales opportunities and ensure efficient coverage of the assigned area.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Capability, and HR to align resources, marketing collateral, and manpower. Coordinate with these teams to ensure the availability of appropriate support, adequate headcount, and smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Sales Team Recruitment : Identify and recruit top-performing sales professionals who are aligned with the market's needs and the company's values. Build a strong and motivated sales team to drive business growth in the market.
Strong Networking and Willingness to Travel : Cultivate a strong professional network by actively engaging with industry peers, stakeholders, and key influencers. Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the assigned area to meet clients, understand local market dynamics, and build relationships that support business expansion.
Job Responsibilities :
- Expand Distribution and Increase Market Share : Implement strategies to grow distribution network and capture a larger share of the market. This will involve identifying untapped markets, adding new merchants & retaining existing merchant base.
- Develop and Mentor Team Members : Identify and interact with talented Territory Managers (TM) and Field Sales Executives (FSE) to foster their growth and align their efforts with the overall business objectives. Provide guidance, support, and training to help them excel in their roles.
- Data Analysis and Market Insights : Analyze relevant data to gain insights into the market landscape. Identify areas for improvement and validate these findings through market visits. By understanding market challenges and customer needs, you can develop effective strategies to address them.
- Effective Communication of Targets : Develop clear and concise communication methods to ensure the team understands the business plans and targets. Minimize the gap between expectations and actual results by providing regular updates, sharing progress reports, and fostering an environment of transparency.
- Handle Merchant Escalations : Take ownership of merchant escalations within the market and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. This requires effective communication and coordination with various teams, such as customer support, operations, and finance, to provide timely resolutions and maintain positive relationships with merchants.
