Area Sales Manager - Medical Oncologist Divsion - Pharma (4-7 yrs)
Position: Area Sales Manager (Meeting Medical Oncologist Doctors) - Immediate Joiners Needed Only.
HQ Locations: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi - NCR, Jaipur, Chennai, Chandigarh / Ludhiana, Mumbai. Looking for local candidates only from those respective HQ Locations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong relations with Medical Oncologist Doctors in those respective business territories.

Team Role: No, it is an individual contributor role.
CTC Targeted: 6 - 11 Lacs per annum (Gross CTC) + Field Allowances as per company's existing policy structure.
Work Experience Criteria:
- We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.
- Min. 4 - 7 years of Sales experience in Pharma / Diagnostic / Healthcare Segment with the dedicated focus to Oncology Division only.
- (The ideal candidate needs to have good contacts / relationships with Medical Oncologist Doctors in his / her assigned business territories)
The selected candidate will be expected to sell multiple technologies cancer genomic tests like CTC, NGS based, AI / ML, etc.
Role Responsibilities :
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories.
- Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.
- Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.
- Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
