Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices (5-12 yrs)
Role - ASM
- Lead the team of TSMs
- Coach, motivate, and encourage the team members to perform & contribute to their Territory/area target.
- Meet various stakeholders including HCP(Healthcare Professionals), KOLs(Key Opinion Leaders) and HCI (Healthcare Institutions) decision makers to achieve strategic objectives of the organization.
- Achieve and surpass the assigned sales target in the given area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the business targets of the area.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team of an assigned area/territory.
- Setting sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Achieve monthly Sales target by ensuring implementation of marketing strategies and clinical competency (science based interaction).
- KOL development and management/(Building and maintaining close relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders.)
- Negotiations and Independent order finalization
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the sales team and motivating and providing the required coaching the team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with doctors and other stakeholders.
- Take up Academic initiatives and CMEs with Doctors (Engaging HCPs through various academic initiatives)
- Ensure the Product availability at all places within the territory. (Ensure product availability at all the hospitals within the area)
- Maintain the Process compliance for daily operations.
Eligibility criteria :
- 5 to 12 years of total experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Medical Devices
- Preferably from Interventional Cardiology and/or Cardiovascular background
- Managerial experience is desirable
