Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices (4-6 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
Sales Management :
- Achieving sales target of assigned area, with a bias towards ensuring that product wise and individual and team member's sales targets are also achieved.
- Maintaining sales records, analyzing the same, and ensuring that sales trends analyses are communicated to field staff, with clear future action plans.
Brand Management & Customer Management :
- Responsible for collecting market data related to the market potential, competitive landscape, Segmentation, Targeting, positioning & evaluating information from diverse market sources for strategic planning.
- Formulating strategies to create and retain the customer segments through effective communication, brand positioning, targeting & segmentation.
- Proficient in KOLs engagement.
- Executes the innovative strategy, organization agenda and value propositions in line with India dynamics
Experience : 4-6 years
CTC : 7-10 LPA
Background : Medical Devices only and should have OT experience.
