Position Name : Area Sales Manager
Job Summary :
- The Materials Handling Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the work of employees who transport materials, supplies, and finished products.
Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products, (Material Handling Equipment)
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products, (Conveyor, Reach Truck, Forklift, Stacker, BOPT, EODL, HPT, cage Trolley, Motors, Floor cleaning scrubber)
Sales Manager Requirements :
1) A person ready to travel extensively will be preferred.
2) A person having established contacts in the area mentioned, especially in the field of Automobile, Auto ancillary, Pharma, Paint industry, Logistics, warehousing industry and having proven sales skills will be preferred.
3) The person should be able to handle the requirements techno commercially.
4) He should be able handle engineers and dealers in the assigned region.
5) Have knowledge about team handle
Qualification :
- Diploma in engineering or Graduate (Mechanical)
