Area Sales Manager - Manufacturing (6-10 yrs)
- Setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales)
- Lead TSIs to achieve sales objectives with customer centric approach.
- Scheme design in consultation with RSM / ZM and HO; improve efficiency of scheme spending based on feedback.
- Work with Customer Service & Fulfillment Manager to develop field marketing targets and plans for user/ Influencer activation.
- Build relationship and drive direct engagement with large contractors.
- Recruitment of quality TSIs, gap filling, reduction of attrition.
- Supervise and ensure training (product, systems and sales training) of all field employees in the region.
- Execution of new product launches and working with Category Managers for collection of post-launch feedback.
