Area Sales Manager - Luminaires (4-8 yrs)

Accountable for LED luminaire sales, business developments & revenue generation in the allocated locations
- Appointment & development of luminaire stockiest for covering the area
- Exploring business opportunities in government/Pvt sectors
- Getting the products and specifications approved in Government and non-government project.
- Closing loops along with contractors/customers for smooth execution of orders
- Organizing seminars for better understanding of product for the client
- Should be a team player working with regional team
- Taking complete responsibility to handle the customers in both commercial and technical aspects
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Target.
- Collection of payments from channel partners in sync with sales.
- Should have decent contacts with purchase departments of Various Verticals viz:
- Industries
- Govt
- Horeca
- Retail/Office
- Should have a list of available Contractors / Influencers / Specifiers / Electricians etc
- Past achievements in various projects as per above verticals
- Project Stockiest Network to cater to small and medium scale projects
- Should be able to setup business from scratch
- Knowledge of LED Lighting in technical & commercial aspects is necessary
Qualification: BE/Btech In Electrical/ Electronics (Preferred but can be flexible)
