Area Sales Manager - Loan Process (1-7 yrs)
Job Profile :
Education qualification: Graduates
Age: Up to 30 years
Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience across Sales in Mortgage/Business Loans space.
Preferred Industry experience: Sales in small ticket Mortgage/Business Loans space ( Average ticket size of 15 to 20 lakhs, max upto 75L to 1CR)
Notice Period: Immediate joiner / 1 month
Key Responsibilities:
- Area Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business in small ticket Loan against property space / Mortgage Loan.
- Good DSA/ Channel partner connects
- Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
- Ability to handle sales calls independently
- Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
- Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
- To build a profitable portfolio.
