Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (3-6 yrs)
Area Sales Manager E04:
- Duties and Responsibilities :
Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
- Create and manage distribution - Corporate Channels, Developer Relationships, IPCs and Wealth Management Companies.
- Handling team of Sales Manager who are responsible for LRD Business.
- Strong orientation on positive PF/CA model
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
- Manage Collections for the region and ensure portfolio quality is maintained.
Required Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of product, policies and market
- Relevant sales experience in managing relationships with Corporate Distribution
- Prior & relevant experience in Lease Rental Discounting/ Loan against Property / Commercial Property Purchase business.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
- Working knowledge of computers
- Experience in handling team
