Area Sales Manager - Loan (6-10 yrs)
1. Sell Prime HL (Home Loans) and LAP (Loan Against Property) products in assigned locations.
2. Plan & execute monthly/quarterly sales strategy to exceed regional goals.
3. Hire, train, and manage the performance of Sales Managers.
4. Identify and onboard potential channel partners per business plans.
5. Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other business sources.
6. Control and monitor distribution network and sales promotions.
7. Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
8. Collaborate with support functions for service delivery and turnaround time.
9. Assess financial health of cases and recommend approvals.
10. Provide feedback to customers on loan status and required resolutions.
11. Promote a customer-centric culture within the team.
12. Maintain MIS reports and databases for team performance tracking.
13. Cross-sell insurance and related financial products.
Job Requirements:
- PGDM/MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- 6-10 years overall experience with 3-5 years in selling Prime HL products.
- Location : Hyderabad/Delhi - NCR
