The Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Housing Loans (DSA Channel) is responsible for driving sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), managing relationships, and achieving business targets for home loan products in the assigned region. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating the DSA network while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve assigned sales targets for home loans through DSAs.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the designated area.

- Identify and onboard new DSAs, ensuring an active and productive channel.

- Work closely with DSAs to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and enhance business performance.

2. Channel Management:

- Build strong relationships with DSAs to maximize business volume.

- Monitor DSA performance, provide necessary training, and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Resolve channel partner queries and issues promptly.

Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations of DSAs.

3. Customer Engagement & Service:

- Ensure superior customer service by supporting DSAs in providing the right product solutions.

- Work with internal teams to streamline the loan application and approval process for faster turnaround.

- Address customer grievances and escalate issues when required.
