Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales, particularly in the domain of unsecured loan sales within the BFSI sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on untapped segments.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in channel sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of unsecured loan products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Prior experience in team management and sales leadership roles would be an advantage.
