Area Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-8 yrs)
We are hiring for Life Insurance Company - PAN India
Role - Regional / Area Sales Manager
Experience - 2-7 years in Sales & Marketing - BFSI
Location - Surat, Ahmedabad,, Navsari
Qualification - graduation
CTC -3 to 4.50 LPA + incentives + other benifites
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and provide needs-based training.
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.

- Ability to Handle Team and targets,
- Study and work towards new products, vendors, dealers from time to time
- Work efficiently with high esteem clients
- Should have persuasive skills, target oriented
- Should be well verse with builders and good negotiation skills
