Area Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in your assigned area. You will be responsible for identifying, generating, and cultivating new leads, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
2. Identify and prospect new customers in the assigned area through various channels such as cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and track competitor activities.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
