Area Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Summary :
we are looking for those candidate who can manage and build the own team in sales/marketing.
Who can maintain peaceful relationship with clients and other managers. Develop new strategies & schemes that can increase sales revenue and benefiting to the organization. Maintain daily record of sales/marketing and lead the team to cope up with new market demands.
Roles and duties :
- Identify potential consumers in the target market and complete research on the client's business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are on-time and as discuss in group.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any Discipline
- Mini 2 years of sales/marketing with 1-2 years experience in Life Insurance
