Area Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Summary:
We are looking for those candidate who can give their best performance to the organization in sales / marketing. Candidate have to maintain fruitful relationship with new clients & existing clients. Set a monthly realistic target that can help the organization to achieve company goals and your personal goals. Candidate have to maintain records of sales with digital sales management process that will improve and boost the organization sales revenue .
Roles and Duties :
1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
2.Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining relationships with existing client.
3.Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
4.Negotiate with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
5.Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
6.Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any Discipline
- Mini 2 years of sales/marketing with 1-2 years experience in Life Insurance
- Good communication skills
- Age group: 24-37 years
