Area Sales Manager - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Experience: Mini. 2 Years in any Sales (BFSI/FMCG/Consumer Durables/IT- ITES/Pharma)
CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentive (Defer as per your experience and Interview)
Qualification: Graduation
- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market of life insurance products
- Monitor and review the agents- performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group/Micro Finance Institution/NGO's etc.
Salary: No Bar for right Candidates
Interview Process: Telephonic Interview or F2F Interview then Online Test and after that Final Interview with Regional Branch Manager
Candidates Requirements:
- Previous Company's Experience Letter or Reliving Letter required
- Must require Bike and Driving License
- Good Communication Skills required
- Good Presentation Skills Required
