Area Sales Manager/Key Accounts Manager - Education (3-7 yrs)
- Internalize the vision, mission, and values of the Brand and understand our academic excellence system and its impact on student learning.
- Combine knowledge of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and competitive offerings to sustain a strong relationship with schools as the single point of contact with the school.
- Understand the Brand and its usefulness in driving student learning at Schools.
- Identify and sign up potential schools to be LEAD School partners as per agreed targets
- Hand over sign up schools to the operations team properly for a great partner experience with the Brand
Desired Skills and experience :
- Successful sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high-quality sales engagement is required
- Excellent account risk analysis, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to anticipate Account needs, issues, match/troubleshoot them proactively, and lead multiple account engagement projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Role entails travel
- Contributions to the Education industry desirable
- Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills
- Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient
- Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in the high-paced work environment
- Proficient with multiple technologies
- Leadership skills to independently source and hire
