Area Sales Manager - Insurance (5-6 yrs)
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Udhana, Surat
Salary: - 45,000 - 50,000
Experience: Minimum 5 years in small domestic appliances or consumer electronics
Gender Preference: Male preferred
Educational Qualification: Graduate or above
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for small domestic appliances.
- Manage key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and online platforms.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in small domestic appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office applications.
