Prepare innovative strategy to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment, also coordinating with all the internal & external stakeholders for a win-win association.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- The candidate must have good knowledge of Insurance business

- New Initiatives for the Channel

- Joint Field work with Partner for Business generation

- Manage - Logins/Issuance/Renewal Collection

- Monitor regular communication to all stake holders for important business items.

- Coordination with internal & external stake holders for a win-win relationship

- Customer Interaction, closures, proper documentation, Managing team of 4-5 company executives.

- Coordinating with RO & HO of partners and office for the logins and issuance.

- Achieving a Minimum Business Target Assigned.

- Daily visit of Regional offices of the bank along with minimum one branch.

- Should have at least 5+Years of Insurance experience.

- Preferred - Understanding or exposure to Branch Business is desirable.

- Desirable to have channel management experience with direct sales exposure.
