Experience: 2.0 - 8.0 Years
Must-Have :
- Experience in insurance/broking company
- Experience in agency sales/channel sales
- Experience in motor insurance
roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of Sales managers/Relationship Managers.
- Increasing the market penetration of insurance products.
- Must have worked in Agency/Channel partners- management in the Motor Insurance Industry.
- Identifying and onboarding distribution partners/agents for insurance.
- Training, counseling, coaching, and motivating the sales team.
- Meeting sales targets. Developing the assigned territory showing month-on-month growth.
- Owning the PnL of the region.
Prerequisites :
- Candidates should have 4 + years of experience.
- Should be from Insurance/broking company
