Area Sales Manager - Insurance (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive sales operations in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Key Requirements:
Experience : 3-5 years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
