Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Insurance Agency

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Area Sales Manager to oversee the sales and business development of our insurance agency in the designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting and training agents, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Create and maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Agents should receive regular feedback and coaching in order to improve their performance.

- Analyse market trends and competition behaviour to uncover business opportunities and dangers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company rules.

- Prepare sales reports and convey them to high management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- At least 3 years of field sales or BFSI experience.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading a team of agents.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Capability to analyse data and make sound decisions.

- Understanding of insurance products and market trends.

- Understanding of insurance regulation requirements.

- Willingness to travel regularly within the defined area.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
