Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market presence within the assigned region.
- Lead and guide a team of Senior Sales Representatives, driving performance to meet both individual and team targets.
- Seek out and explore new business prospects, while also fostering and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings and ensure they align with customer demands.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor movements, and opportunities for growth through regular market analysis.
- Ensure all sales activities are in line with company standards, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, while delivering actionable market insights to senior leadership.
- Regularly assess team performance, offering training, guidance, and support to help improve sales outcomes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of effectively managing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
