Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- To hit your sales goals, you must find new sales opportunities and close deals as a successful sales representative.
Job Descriptions :
- Putting together a winning marketing plan to draw in customers.
- Establishing a solid rapport with both existing and new clients.
- Educating customers about the various insurance policies, including those for health, property, and automobiles.
- Advising the clients on the type of insurance coverage they should buy.
- Interacting with the clients and keeping a positive relationship with them.
- Addressing the client's inquiries regarding insurance policies.
- Based on the demands of the client, identifying the risk involvements.
- Evaluating the clients' current policies and suggesting adjustments as necessary.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, business administration, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in the sales sector as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or in a comparable position.
- Adept at using customer relationship management tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Outstanding presentation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as and when necessary.
- Powerful arithmetic and analytical skills
