Job Description :

- Manage the profitability of the Cluster while leading a team that is focused on results.

- Achieving the best network relationship management and high-quality service

- Review the company portfolio across all of the assigned locations strategically on a regular basis.

- Define and put into place the essential strategies and procedures to guarantee excellent performance.

- Work together with other departments to make sure the sales team has the resources it needs to expand the company, hit goals, and develop new business.

- A variety of activities, such as seminars, deployments, local participation, etc., can generate leads.

- Resolving consumer issues to assist.

- To guarantee that the training is delivered, determine the training needs of the sales staff and make sure they are met.

- Maintaining strict discipline, on-time arrival, and a high moral standard consistent with Niyogin's ideals and values.
