The Area Sales Manager is accountable for driving sales growth in a specific geographic region by leading sales teams, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor sales teams to meet sales targets within the designated area.

- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies based on market insights and customer requirements.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners in the area.

- Assess and monitor team performance, offering guidance and support to drive continuous improvement.

- Work closely with marketing to raise brand awareness and drive sales initiatives.

Requirements:

- A Minimum graduation is compeleted.

- 2+ experience in sales management or business development.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed, strategic decisions.

- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
