Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Hiring For Field Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Oversee product availability across all relevant channels.
- Take full responsibility for planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and strengthen trade relationships.
- Manage distribution setup and establish a secondary sales force.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall sales objectives, providing support through the secondary sales setup for activity implementation.
- Execute all trade and consumer activations, as well as merchandising and visibility programs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality feedback for all activities in accordance with guidelines.
- Hold overall accountability for all operational programs within the assigned area.
Qualifications :
- Graduate Must be
- 2 + Years exp in Field Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
