Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and guide the sales team towards achieving growth targets and revenue goals within the direct vertical of prominent life insurance fir
- Foster a motivating environment, coaching team members to enhance performance and ensure high engagement levels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Recruit, manage, and support agency partners and their teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent sales capabilities
- Willingness to travel for meetings with agents and customers.
- Must be a local candidate
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years- experience in a sales position
