Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the insurance sector. The incumbent will lead a team of sales professionals and provide strategic guidance to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents.
Role:
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Candidate Profile :
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
- Age between 21 to 38
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
