Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Development Manager for our Banking sector operations in Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, achieving business targets, and expanding our customer base in the region. Responsibilities:

- In order to reach and surpass company objectives in the banking industry, develop and implement efficient sales strategies.

- Find and nurture fresh business prospects while maintaining a consistent flow of prospective customers.

- Create and preserve a solid rapport with current clients by attending to their financial demands and offering first-rate customer care.

- Lead, coach, and inspire a group of salespeople to meet both individual and group goals.

- To help with business planning, keep up of market dynamics, competition activity, and industry trends.

- Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth customer satisfaction and onboarding.

- Create and provide sales reports and management performance analyses on a regular basis.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry in Karnataka.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
