Job Description :
1. In order to meet the business objectives of the sales unit, the incumbent will create and carry out a sales plan for the partner. Guide, inspire, and instruct your companion.
2. Establish and track measurable goals in order to meet the partners' predetermined sales targets.
3. Aid partners in lead generation, lead tracking, and sales closure.
4. Assist partners in upselling and cross-selling to clients based on needs analysis
5. Continue to support the partner in facilitating their training so that there is always a fruitful channel.
6. Get regular input on how satisfied partners and clients are with the selling procedure and merchandise.
7. Examine the partner's sales plan and encourage their development.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
