Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Roles :
- Working in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Teams.
- Responsible sales of core insurance products and services for new and existing customers
- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders like customers and distributors.
- Cross sales, try to up-sell and timely renewal of client's insurance requirements.
- Responsible for increasing share of business by offering the entire range of products by achieving e. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual targets.
- Will be in the payrolls of the company.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in Any stream
- Age required between 21 to 38 Years
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
