Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and acclimate new sales team members.
- Locating fresh commercial prospects.
- Build a solid sales funnel and assist the team in acquiring new clients.
- Find, hire, and train new members of the sales team.
- Encourage teamwork while maintaining objective focus.
- Continually enhance team performance and sales procedures.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- At least two to three years of field sales and marketing experience
Age range: 21-38
- Strong leadership and motivational skills in a sales team.
- Abilities in communicating.
