Job Description :
- To Manage agency channel sales team and sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets.
- Sales manager's job role and responsibilities are recruitment and management of agents.
- Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue.
- Drive and Monitor all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective.
- Seek potential clients and trusted customers.
- Candidate has to maintain a healthy relationship with the manager and clients.
- Take daily updates from the crew members and give sales presentations to the manager and team members.
