Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Area Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
-Developing an effective strategy to attract clients.
- Build team in open market.
- Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
- Handling insurance policies renewals.
- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors/agents.
- Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Work experiences in any Field Sales area.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree.
- Must be a local candidate.
- Driving and bike is mandatory.
