Key Responsibilities :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Advisor
- Ensure product knowledge by Life Insurance ways of training
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs
Candidate Profile :
- Age 21-38 years
- CTC : 2.75 To 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 1 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability
- It should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
