Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agency partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agencies.
- Set sales goals and performance metrics for the agency channel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide training and support to agency partners on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Develop and distribute sales materials and resources to support agency sales efforts.
Candidate Requirement :
1+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 22 to 38 years
Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
