Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
A planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for property, liability, employee benefits insurance programs, and specialty lines is what Tekpillar is looking for in an Area Sales Manager. In order to give the client the finest answers for the corporate insurance program, this role also requires understanding the client's industry.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Insurance products distributed by Life Advisors.
- It is recommended to appoint Sales Advisors (Agents), establish an efficient distribution network, and empower your group to close life insurance policies.
- You will travel with the group both before and after sales, including during claim resolution.
- Extend the agency network and market reach.
Requirements :
- Graduation is must
- Age 21 yrs to 38 years
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Local candidate
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
