Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and inspiration to field sales representatives while leading, training, and evaluating them.
- Execute strategic sales strategy to meet or surpass BFSI sales targets.
- Increase your consumer base by acquiring new accounts and developing client relationships.
- Maintain solid connections with key clients by providing specialized financial solutions to their requirements.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.
- Present monthly sales reports to senior management, emphasizing important performance indicators and areas for development.
- Ensure that sales operations are in accordance with the rules.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 + Years of Experience in BFSI Sales and Marketing
