Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- A strategic thinker and devoted Area Handling Manager are needed to join our Insurance Department. You are expected to develop relationships with our partners and customers for the long term. You should be well aware of the new marketing methods and trends. You should also provide the best solutions for the growth of our company.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate/MBA
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
