Job Summary:
This role is responsible for selling various insurance products to individual and corporate clients. - The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products.
- Prospect for new clients and build relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
- Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance market, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Finance, or Marketing).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (life insurance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
