Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking an area sales manager to lead and expand our agency channel. This role involves managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales growth, and achieving targets in the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise insurance advisors.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain client relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance market.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be local.
