Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
As an Area Sales Manager for Life Insurance, you'll lead and train a team of agents to meet sales goals and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires strong leadership, sales skills, and a willingness to travel.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and train insurance agents.
- Establish sales targets and support agents in achieving them.
- Expand the team of insurance agents in the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations by all agents.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proven sales expertise.
- Willingness to travel for meetings with agents and clients.
- Age: 21 to 38
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, (BFSI and insurance sectors.)
- Bachelor's degree.
